About Dusty
Dusty is 7yo Bay Standardbred gelding who retired from racing in September 2022 after having 61 starts and earning just over $27,000.
Dusty retired sound, he just had enough of racing and his owners decided to retire him from racing. He has a great personality, is well mannered, good to handle, worm, tie-up, float & catch and do anything with. He is very quiet and absolutely loves people.
Dusty has been exposed to vehicles, farm machinery, other animals and children and takes everything in his stride. He was only recently started under saddle, and in that time he has been out a few times although only twice under saddle. Dusty is still very green and requires someone with experience to further educate him and bring out his full potential.
He has gorgeous movement and would excel in dressage or eventing. Dusty is sadly looking for a new home due to his current adopters change of circumstances.
